Alongside developing and selling her own beauty e-commerce site, Lisa has also helped various brands capture a spot on the retail shelf. Having secured a strong foundation in the industry, she decided to apply her beauty expertise to the launch of The Beauty Matchmakers. Lisa’s goal is to provide the tools necessary in order to attain distribution for start-up through mid-sized brands.

Lisa has cultivated a voice for her clients on multiple platforms. Being an expert in establishing beauty-buying relationships, she is able to secure esteemed retail meetings and distribution. Lisa has successfully thrived in the service of clients that include Nestle, J. Paul Skincare, Blinc Beauty, Glowelle, L’Oreal, Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, Christopher Drummond Beauty, Visage Beaute, Decleor USA, Carita Paris, LaRocca Skincare and various others.

Lisa has established her role as a top beauty leader by playing collective roles in the beauty industry. Some of which include managing sales distribution, forecasting P&L, account management, creating motivational coaching methods, developing training programs, creating in-market sales tools, managing field sales teams, spa and department store executive sales, developing brand affiliate programs, also corporate training. The experience she has acquired, combined with her knowledge, killer instincts, passion, and pristine industry reputation, create a successful brand love connection.

Previously in her career, Lisa spearheaded and secured sales distribution for Nestlé’s clinically proven beauty drink Glowelle and was launched to coveted retail locations including a national department store roll out—the first in Nestle’s history. Additionally, Lisa launched and sold a leading Internet beauty site, Glossy.com and also an authority to numerous beauty blogs.
